Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of delivery and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and packed securely in the original Monkstory box with all tags and protective layers intact.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.
Refund or Replacement
After a successful quality inspection at our warehouse, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your requested exchange size within 5 business days.
